Chile Pies (& Ice Cream) serves delicious sweet and savory pies, New Mexican stews, and Three Twins organic ice cream. All our butter crust pies are original recipes and are made from scratch every day. Our head pastry chef, Wesley Monahan, created our signature green chile apple pie, made with a sweet apple & green chile filling, cheddar cheese crust & walnut streusel. For a delicious sweet treat, try our take on the classic milkshake. We take a piece of pie and blend it together with ice cream and milk.
Green Chile Kitchen opened in 2006. After the restaurant moved to its current location, owner Trevor Logan opened Chile Pies (& Ice Cream) in the original space. In 2011 he added Chile Pies (Sweet & Savory) to the family. The food in all locations is inspired by Logan's many years spent in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
